Aviocompany Ltd. „Baltijas Helikopters” was founded in 5th of December 2000. In the company works highly qualified helicopter pilots with more than 20 year piloting experience and 10 000 total flight hours, as well as certified technical personnel.
“Baltijas Helikopters” is independent representative for the sale of new Bell helicopters in compliance with the terms and conditions of its Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. in Latvia and provide civil helicopter deliveries from Bell factories.
 „Baltijas Helikopters” assures Bell helicopter full technical maintenance, preparation of information needed for helicopter service as well as pilot training and teaching for piloting for Bell helicopters. 
Company „Baltijas Helikopters” performs helicopter technical maintenance in accordance with license for conformity with international ruler PART 145. All helicopter maintenance works are done according to manufacturer’s indications and using original certified spare parts and technical supply.

In 2007  „Baltijas Helikopters” opened helicopter technical center in Latvia, that is certificated for „Part 145” requirements, that serves as support for our cooperation contract „Bell Helicopter Textron Inc.” performance and excellent technical maintenance coverage in Baltic countries. For many years Bell is Number 1 in the world for helicopter service and spare part operative delivery worldwide.
